Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. Die Holzkiste ist sehr schon allerdings nach kurzer zeit passten die Scleifsteine nicht mehr in die Auskerbungen
Die Steine sind schön leicht aber auch Volumenmäsig so das man sie gut in der hand halten kann

Das Set ist grob zusammengefasst einfach nur der absolute Hammer! Jeder Hobbykoch sollte so ein Set zuhause haben das schärfen der Messer klappt mit ein wenig Übung hervorragend und die Geschwindigkeit sucht ihres gleichen, hier kann kein anderer Diamant oder Schleifstein mithalten den ich probiert habe!!!

Ich finde das die Qualität den Preis absolut rechtfertigt und kann jedem dieses Set nur wärmstens ans Herz legen!
