Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. Die wenigen Messer, welche ich zu schleifen habe, sollten am Ende aber auch SCHARF sein.
Und mit diesem Set bin ich bestens bedient.
Im Video ist es auf den Punkt gebracht, ...immer schön langsam

Damit kann man eigentlich sehr gut schärfen, aber die Steine sind sehr leicht, daher werde ich mir noch die DuoBase bestellen. Die Messer bekommen aber eine sehr gute Schärfe.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, die Whetstone sind völlig ausreichent für scharfe Küchenmesser. Eine saubere Sache, da kein Schleifschlamm anfällt.
