1. Orders (if all items are available) are packed and sent 3 times a week. 

2. In the product details you will find a "traffic light stock", "delivery status" and "delivery time". 

  • The "traffic  light stock"  shows whether an article is available (green) or is currently sold out (red)
  • "Delivery status:" indicates the time that we need to pass the goods to out shipment agent.
  • "Delivery time" is the time our shipment agent will need to deliver the package to you.

Attention: The functions "stock-light", "delivery status" and "delivery time" are currently being revised and can display any remaining incorrect values. If an item is not, or be available only with a delay, we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

3. Customized products (for example knives)

  • Knife in the web shop are generally undergone a final quality control. For this reason, the time until shipping is slightly longer than normal standard items. We want to ensure that no mistake caused a scratch and the knife is guaranteed perfectly sharpened.
