1. Orders (if all items are available) are packed and sent 3 times a week.

- "Delivery status:" indicates the time that we need to pass the goods to out shipment agent.
- "Delivery time" is the time our shipment agent will need to deliver the package to you.

3. Customized products (for example knives)
- Knife in the web shop are generally undergone a final quality control. For this reason, the time until shipping is slightly longer than normal standard items. We want to ensure that no mistake caused a scratch and the knife is guaranteed perfectly sharpened.
