Care instructions:
- Wash the knife under running water with a drop of dish soap.
- We then recommend applying a few drops of blade oil to the blade to protect the knife from developing a patina.
- Not suitable for the dishwasher.

Etwas besonders Rustikales
… das ist Handwerkskunst, nicht rostfrei von daher immer in guter Pflege. Liegt gut in der Hand und macht Spaß, selbst kleine Knochen oder Gelenke stellen kein Problem da. Nur fürs Feine könnte es etwas schärfer sein, rasiermesserscharf geht anders.

Sehr scharf . Griffstück hätte bei dem Preis aus bisl wertigerem Holz sein können.

Erwartungen übertroffen!!!
Erstmal zum Service und zur Abwicklung. Vom bestellen bis zum Erhalt des Messer hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Hierfür gibt es schon mal Note 1.
Das Messer selbst ist eine tolle und meiner Meinung h nach hochwertige Arbeit. Vor allem scharf. Der Finger war schon einmal im Weg. Es liegt super in der Hand und es lässt sich sehr gut damit arbeiten. Ich war eine Stunde damit am schnippeln uns es gab keine Ermüdungserscheinungen in der Hand. Rundum alles perfekt.

Respekt für dieses Megateil
Diese Messer ist nicht nur optisch der absolute Wahnsinn, auch das Arbeiten mit dem FK 1 ist ein Genuss. Ein Must have für jeden der auf Outdoorcooking steht.
