Care instructions:
- Wash the knife under running water with a drop of dish soap.
- We then recommend applying a few drops of blade oil to the blade to protect the knife from developing a patina.
- Not suitable for the dishwasher.
- To resharpen the knife, we recommend one of our diamond leathers.
- Please note that regular care with handle oil is recommended for knives with natural wood handles.

Da ich über Schmiedeglut in meinem Umkreis nur positive Infos über das Kitchen Messer bekommen habe bin ich jetzt auch stolzer Besitzer desselben und kann es auch nur positiv bewerten. Auch die Bestelabwicklung lief reibungs los.Ich hatte erst bedenken wegen Vorkasse die völlig unnötig waren .Nach Zahlung bekam ich eine Mail das das Geld eingegangen ist,dann weitere Infos wann es versendete würde.Alles sehr transparent und das Messer war schon nach wenigen Tagen bei mir.Nach ersten Einschätzungen hält es was es verspricht.
Werde Schmiedeglut guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Bin sehr zufrieden, kleine Probleme mit dem ersten Messer wurden ohne Probleme behoben. Das getauschte Messer hält was es verspricht, ein Fan kann damit fast alles machen. Ich kann für Freunde von scharfen Messern und welche die es werden wollen das Fk1 nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Ingolf aus MV 👍
