Care instructions:
- Wash the knife under running water with a drop of dish soap.
- We then recommend applying a few drops of blade oil to the blade to protect the knife from developing a patina.
- Not suitable for the dishwasher.
- To resharpen the knife, we recommend one of our diamond leathers.

Ein Messer for a Life time
Das Messer war größer und schwerer als ich es erwartet habe. Klasse! Es ist äußerste Vorsicht geboten, da man sich unbewußt schneiden kann. Ich habe bereits Ente und Hühnchen damit zerlegt, klappt hervorragend. Das Messer wird oft bei meinen 7 Grills und Feuerplatten zum Einsatz kommen! Danke an Schmiedeglut für dieses fantastische Messer.

Messer für FireKitchenFans einfach ein musthave
Das gelieferte Teil entspricht den Produktbeschreibungen. Ist für mich einfach nur stylisch, sehr robust und, nicht zu vergessen, rattenscharf. Beim ersten in die Hand nehmen hat mich die Größe und das Gewicht (mehr als doppelt so schwer wie ein solides deutsches Kochmesser) doch etwas überrascht. Schmiedeglut hat das aber alles richtig in der Produktbeschreibung dargelegt. Bei der Benutzung werde ich es eher wie ein rechteckiges chinesisches Kochmesser und nicht am Griff verwenden. Vom Gewicht und der Wucht her hat man halt auch ein kleines Beil dabei.

Archaisch genial
Klasse verarbeitet, rasiermesserscharf, bei guter Pflege unzerstörbar, Messerscheide auch top. Was will man mehr. Mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Messer von Schmiedeglut.

Ein starkes Stück
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ein schönes Stück. Etwas ungewohnt noch in der Handhabung, doch das ist nur eine Frage der Zeit. Das einzige was nicht so schön gewesen ist, war die Verpackung. Die war aus allen möglichen Resten zusammen gewürfelt und trübte den ersten Eindruck.

Ein rasiermesserscharfes Teil, mit dem es richtig Spaß macht zu arbeiten!
Tolles Messer ohne Gedöns, so wie ich es mag!
