Ich habe mir den Diafold vor allem für Wellenschliff nachschleifen geholt, sowie zum schärfen an beengten Stellen
Leider hat der grobe Diafold eine Stelle, an der ein Grat heraussteht. Diese Stelle ist zum Schleifen also unbrauchbar.
Jedoch betrifft das nur eine ganz kleine Stelle, welche man dann einfach in der Benutzung auslässt.

Hab es mir für mein Brotmesser mit Wellenschliff gekauft, hab es aber erst einmal benutzt. Die handhabung ist gut , und auch das man es für verschieden große Wellenschliffe verwenden kann. Bin zufrieden.

Der Diafold Serrated (fein) ist ein kleines, handliches Werkzeug. Ich benutze es zum Schärfen meiner zwei Brotmesser.

Rot für Tomatenschärfe reicht völlig aus.

Und wenn es mal etwas schärfer sein sollte, ich hab ja auch noch den Diafold Serrated in grün. :-)

Das erwähnte Produkt in KW 10 2023 erhalten. Habe bereits mein Brotmesser damit geschliffen. Resultat: SUPER. Ist sogar für meine kleinen Rüstmesser geeignet. Bin mit allen Produkte von Schmiedeglut, die ich bis jetzt gekauft habe top zufrieden.
