Care instructions:
- Wash the knife under running water with a drop of dish soap.
- We then recommend applying a few drops of blade oil to the blade to protect the knife from developing a patina.
- Not suitable for the dishwasher.
- To resharpen the knife, we recommend one of our diamond leathers.
- Please note that regular care with handle oil is recommended for knives with natural wood handles.

Schon das Zweite
Ich habe jetzt das 2. FK2 gekauft um es zu verschenken. Da mein Sohn von meinem FK2 ist wird er nun sein Eigenes bekommen. Es kommt schon sauscharf bei Lieferung und bereitet ab dem ersten Schnitt Freude beim schneiden.
Es gehört in jede gute Männerküche. Mit den richtigen Schleifmitteln wird das FK2 auch sofort wieder rasierscharf.

Just got my FK2.Everything I hoped for.Was shipped quickly.Good customer service. I dont speak German so a little difficult to understand but I really wanted the knife.I love it!!!

schönes Küchenmesser
schönes Küchenmesser, praktisch gut! Empfehlenswert wenn man solche Menge Stahl mag.
Negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass noch jede Menge Schweissperlen auf der Stahlfläche beidseitig vorhanden waren.
Da sollte man bei dem Preis mehr Sorgfalt walten lassen.
Scharf und gebrauchsfähig.

Schnelle Lieferung, liegt gut in der Hand, scheint top scharf - bin leider noch nicht dazu gekommen, es anzuwenden, aber freue mich darauf.
Den Griff werde ich wohl noch einölen. Passt! Top! Wie gewohnt von Schmiedeglut. ;-) Besten Dank

Sehr scharfes Messer. Leider nicht gut ausbalanciert
Mit dem Messer kann man wirklich gut arbeiten einzig das es sehr Kopflastig ist gibt einen Stern Abzug.
