However, after 60 seconds on the diamond leather, a kitchen knife can shave the hair off your arm again. Ultimately, any outdoor knife can be sharpened with water whetstones, but for the often smaller blades, a sharpening tool measuring 12 to 15 centimeters is sufficient. For a chef's knife with a 20 cm blade, the whetstone should also be at least 20 cm in size.
