Gute Schärfe, kleine Mängel
Habe den DMT Simple Sharp seit einer Woche und mein erster Eindruck hier:
Plus:
1. Er steht sicher und hat unten eine rutschfeste Gummierung.
2. Die Abdeckung lässt sich sehr einfach abziehen und ermöglicht danach einen guten Zugriff auf die Schärfsteine.
3. Der clevere Federmechanismus funktioniert gut und zuverlässig, das Ergebnis sind scharfe Küchenmesser mit dem richtigen Schärfwinkel.
Alles Top bis hierher, nur leider das

4. Die Kunststoff-Halterung für die Schleifsteine ist nicht sehr robust.
5. Der Wechsel der zwei Schleifsteine ist nicht so einfach und durchdacht. Die Befestigung der Schleifsteine ist nicht flexibel sondern starr und die Entnahme dadurch erschwert. Auch das Einlegen einer anderen Körnung ist deshalb nur mit etwas Kraftaufwand möglich - eine flexible, einrastende Lasche an der Halterung statt der starren oben wäre besser.
