The giveaway starts on 02 March 2026 and ends on 31 March 2026 at 23:59 (CET).

3. Prize

One Santoku Essential, high-gloss polished, desert ironwood handle, will be raffled.

Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.

Shipping of the prize to the winner will be free of charge.

4. Participation in the giveaway

Participation takes place exclusively via Instagram:

Some Simple Sharp Wood products contain an individual number inside.
To participate, send a photo of this number via direct message (DM) to the Instagram account @dmtsharp_eu or @schmiedeglut.
Each submitted number is automatically entered into the draw.

If a participant owns several Simple Sharp Wood products with different individual numbers, each valid submitted number will be entered into the giveaway separately.

This means:
Each valid number submitted increases the chance of winning accordingly, as every number is counted as an individual entry.

Multiple submissions of the same number will not be considered.

5. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are persons:

residing in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain (mainland), Portugal and Sweden

Minors require the consent of their legal guardians.

Employees of Acme United Europe GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

6. Selection and notification of the winner

The winner will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway.

The announcement will be made via our Instagram channels on 06 April 2026.

The winner must respond within 10 working days of notification via direct message with their shipping details. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited.

If no response is received within this period or if the winner cannot be reached, DMT reserves the right to draw a new winner.

If the prize cannot be delivered for reasons within the responsibility of the winner (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address details) and redelivery is not possible, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.

7. Exclusion from the giveaway

Posts or messages that violate applicable law or the guidelines of Instagram/Facebook will be removed and the respective person may be excluded from the giveaway.

Participation via automated giveaway services is not permitted.
