Eigentlich ein super Schärfer
wenn der Schneidenwinkel stimmt.
Wenn nicht wird das Messer auch nach 50 Zügen nicht schärfer.
Also ganz wichtig mit Marker Schneide markieren und mit anderem Medium, Diamant oder Stein den Schneidwinkel auf den Schärfer anpassen -
Dann funktioniert es so wie vorgemacht.

Recht gut
schärft Recht gut, für zwischendurch durchaus geeignet, aber um richtig scharf zu schleifen braucht man die DMT Schleifsteine.

tolles und einfaches Gerät zum Messer schärfen
Nach mehrfachem Gebrauch kann man durch mehrmaliges Durchziehen der Klinge mit dem SIMPLE-Sharp Messer schnell und easy auf eine gute Gebrauchsschärfe gebracht werden.

Klasse Teil
Ich bin total begeistert von den Schleifeigenschaften der Diamantplatten. Hält die Messer auf einer super Tomatenschärfe und die Platten sind echt langlebig. (Benutze mit die roten/feinen Platten)
Ein paar kleine Sachen stören mich trotzdem: Die Verarbeitung des Kunststoffgehäuses ist nicht grade die beste Qualität. Mir ist es nach ein paar Monaten einfach gebrochen. Aber Schmiedeglut hat mir anstandslos einen neuen geschickt nachdem ich meinen Defekten mit einem Rücksendeettikett von Schmiedeglut zurück geschickt hatte. Top Service Schmiedeglut!
Und die Gleiteigenschaften der Mechanik im Inneren lässt schnell nach. Das heißt hier musste etwas geölt werden. Danach lief das Teil wieder monatelang einwandfrei. Trotzdem volle 5 Sterne 😁👍

Schnelle Lieferung. Ich konnte mir bisher nicht vorstellen, dass es so einfach ist Messer wirklich scharf zu bekommen.
