Tolles Produkt! Funktioniert einfach.
Ich habe mittlerweile zwei SIMPLE-Sharp, einmal in fein (rot) und in extra-fein (grün) und ich bin begeistert. Messer (nicht komplett stumpf), die einen Winkel von 15 Grad aufweisen, einfach ein paar Mal durch beide SIMPLE-Sharp durchziehen und dann noch mit dem Abziehleder - Streichriemen mit Diamantpaste (erst 6 μ und dann 3 μ) abziehen und die Messer sind wieder extrem scharf (Push Cut). Ganz klar Kaufempfehlung, um seine Messer super leicht und schnell scharf zu halten.

Klasse Gerät
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Simple-Sharp habe ich mir euer YouTube-Video erneut angesehen und nun klappt es auch mit scharfen Messern!
Für extra scharfe Messer habe ich mir auch gleich die extra feinen Einsätze mitbestellt.
Endlich wieder richtig scharfe Messer in der Küche!

Simple Sharp durchziehschärfer
Super geiles Gerät, welches bei uns in der Küche steht und von Anfang an für scharfe Messer sorgt. Wir können Ihn nur weiter empfehlen und würden Ihn sofort wieder kaufen. Viele Grüße aus Thüringen.

Schönes Gerät
Hab wie im Video empfohlen etwas öl auf die Feden gegebn, fluttscht jetzt sehr gut und macht Spaß beim Kochen. Paar mal durchziehen, beste Schärfe für Zwiebeln und Tomaten!

Optimal
Einfach und gut, um Messer scharf zu halten. Platten sind austauschbar. Für kleine Messer kann man die Platten herausnehmen und mit herkömmlicher Methode schleifen.
Für den privaten Küchenbereich nur zu empfehlen.

SIMPLE - SHARP DMT Diamant Durchziehschärfer (fein)
Der Durchziehschärfer hält was er versprcicht und ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Messer lassen sich ohne großen Aufwand ruck zuck nachschleifen.
Ps. Schade das der grüne Schleifstein zurzeit ausverkauft ist, den hätte ich auch noch gerne.
Deshalb hoffe ich das man mich umgehend drarüber informiert wenn der wieder lieferbar ist.

Also Lustig ist das schon. Mit dem SIMPLE-Sharp DMT Diamant Durchziehschärfer (fein) kann man scharfe Messer noch schärfer machen.
Um aber an den SIMPLE-Sharp heranzu kommen braucht man ein sehr scharfes Messer denn die Verpackung ist schon sehr Wiederstandsfähig, Smile
Ansonsten ein toller Artikel mit dem man scharfe Messer noch schärfer machen kann.
