Gut für große Messer
Große Messer werden schnell wieder scharf. Bei kleinen Messern funktioniert das Gerät auch , macht aber eigentlich nur die Spitze scharf- Pro tipp : Wenn man die Plastikkappe abnimmt und vorsichtig das Messer selbst gerade hält, kann man mehr von der Klinge erreichen.

Ich bin durch das Video auf dem YouTube-Kanal auf den Simple Sharp aufmerksam geworden. Wie dort erklärt, braucht das Gerät ein klein wenig öl und dann funktioniert es bestens. Unsere Standardmesser sind jetzt wieder gefährlich scharf.
Ich werde noch einige der Geräte kaufen und verschenken. :-)

Mann sollte die Tips im Video beachten und die Klingen vorher auf den benötigten Winkel bringen. Dann klappt‘s prima.
