8 Duo Sharpplus Schleifpatte
Die Schleifplatte fein/grob kann ich nur empfehlen, einfach super. Mein bisher bester Messerschärfer. Auch als Laie habe ich den Schleifwinkel schnell hinbekommen. Das Video auf YouTube ist eine gute Hilfe! Bei sehr stumpfen Messer etwas länger mit der groben Seite schleifen. man merkt und sieht es wenn das Schleifbild gut ist. Dann nochmal mit der feinen Seite und man hat eine super Schärfe. Jetzt beim Schneiden auf die Finger aufpassen!

Perfekt
Die Schleifplatte erfüllt genau das, was ich mir erhofft habe. Schnelles, simples schärfen. Die Halteplatte ist äußerst hilfreich und verrutscht nicht.
Ich bin komplett zufrieden und werde mir nich eine feinere Schleifplatte bestellen.
