Top Diamantschärfer
Habe bereits den Diamantschärfer zum zweiten Mal (dieses Mal als Weihnachtsgeschenkt) gekauft, da ich die besten Erfahrungen mit diesem Teil gemacht habe. Zum einen haben Diamantschärfer eine hohe Standzeit bzw. tun ihren Dienst sehr lange, vielleicht ein Leben lang. Die feine und superfeine Diamantkörnung ist geeignet für hochwertige Küchenmesser, die eine hohe Grundschärfe besitzen und nur leicht abgestumpft sind. Ich schärfe mit diesem Diamantschärfer meine guten Taschenmesser und Küchenmesser nach und habe die besten Schärfergebnisse erzielt, ohne an den Messer zu viel Material abzutragen. Für mich der beste Messerschärfer für teure und hochwertige Messer.

Super effizient und universal einsetzbar
Ich habe den Schärfer nun mehrfach mit unterschiedlichen Messern getestet, Er hält was er verspricht ungeachtet der Klingenlänge oder des Schleifwinkels. Zudem wurde sogar noch gratis eine Schleifhilfe beigefügt. Ich kann das Produkt und den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

Langzeittest steht noch aus, aber da ich auch schon das selbe Modell ohne HC besitze und damit sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich keine Bedenken. Allerdings sollte man etwas übung im Umgang mit solchen Schleifstein haben. Das ist aber kein Problem da ich auch Anfänger war als ich dieses Jahr mit DMT Produkten anfing. Doch mit den Schmiedeglut - Videos auf YouTube, lernt man das ganz schnell.
