ich bin begeistert von den Diamantschleifplatten. Im Vergleich zum Wetzstein nur Vorteile. Keine Abnutzung, immer gerade Oberfläche, keine Wassermatscherei. Das Schärfen geht viel schneller.
Allerdings muss ich noch etwas üben. Hierzu sind auch die Videos sehr hilfreich.
Also alles bestens.
Werde ich jedem empfehlen.
