Care instructions:
DMT diamond sharpeners should only be used dry. Please do not use water or oil! When sharpening your knives and tools, use very little pressure (approx. 70% less force than with Japanese water stones). After each grit, remove the burr by grinding against the cutting edge, alternating right/left with less and less force. These instructions apply to all diamond plates, diamond whetstones, and all other diamond tools from DMT.

habe mir das Schleifset bestellt, weil mir die Schmickerei mit dem Wasserschleifstein etwas auf die Nerven ging. jetzt gehts schneller mit weniger Aufwand. Jetzt brauch ich nur noch das Abziehleder!

DMT Diamant Schleifstein
Lieferung erfolgte am übernächsten Tag nach der Bestellung. Im Vergleich zu Wassersteiner trägt der diamantbeschichtete Schleifstein deutlich schneller das Material am Messer ab. Die Küchenmesser sind wieder scharf, zur Perfektion ist allerdings noch etwas übung notwendig :-). Alles in allem bin ich aber vollauf zufrieder, sowohl mit dem Service als auch mit dem erstandenen Produkten.
