Schärft sehr gut in kurzer Zeit.
Da ich den 15° Winkel grob auf einem Schleifstein vorgeschliffen hatte, reichen ein paar Züge der Klinge durch den SIMPLE-Sharp.
Die Tomaten haben nun wieder Angst.
