Funktioniert gut
Einfache Handhabung, gute Schärfe nach Anwendung, zB beim Papiertest. Nur kleine Küchenmesser gehen nicht, das wurde so ja auch kommuniziert. Und auch ein richtig stumpfen Messer muss anders vorgeschärft werden. Alle in allem zu empfehlen!
