Diamond Whetstone™ diamond sharpening stones with the characteristic dot pattern developed by DMT are often imitated in appearance, but remain unmatched in quality and performance. Eigentlich ein super Schärfer
wenn der Schneidenwinkel stimmt.
Wenn nicht wird das Messer auch nach 50 Zügen nicht schärfer.
Also ganz wichtig mit Marker Schneide markieren und mit anderem Medium, Diamant oder Stein den Schneidwinkel auf den Schärfer anpassen -
Dann funktioniert es so wie vorgemacht.
