Der Simple Sharp ist tatsächlich kinderleicht zu benutzen.
Habe ihn getestet und meine Messer sind wieder vernünftig scharf. und es ist gut zu sehen wo man beim schleifstein fehler gemacht hat. 15° Winkel nicht immer eingehalten. auf jedenfall lohnt sich Simple Sharp in jeder küche.
