Die Idee ist gut, aber mit einem Problem auf den ersten Zentimetern
Im Prinzip eine gute Idee und Umsetzung, leider werden die Messer auf den ersten 5 Zentimetern nur einseitig geschliffen und sind damit in diesem Bereich nicht scharf. Dies ist besonders bei japanischen Klingenformen relevant.

Mit Simple Sharp kein stumpfes Messer mehr.
Ich habe es für meine Kinder gekauft ( es ist das dritte Set ) Wenn jemand kein Ahnung vom Messerschleifen hat, dann ist das genau richtig. Ich habe für mich das Große Schleifset zusätzlich gekauft, brauche aber den Siple Sharp Täglichen zum schleifen, ist Genial !! Stumpfe Messer sind ein Graus, aber mit dem Simple Sharp ist es damit Vergangenheit. Vorausgesetzt man macht zuerst eine Grundschärfe auf das Messer, ist auch in einem Video zu sehen.

Einfach und gut
Habe viele Produkte gesehen aber dieses ist sehr einfach und eine gute Qualität.
Und eine Schnelle Lieferung nach die Niederlande ist spitze.
Bin einmal auf 1 Tag Messer machen bei euch gewesen und das war auch 1 A.
Hoffe nochmals für 3 Tage Klappmesser Bauen zu euch zu kommen.
Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut aber wollte doch ein gutes Kommentar schreiben.

tolles einfaches Teil
Ich habe den Simple Sharp eigentlich als Geschenk für meine Nichte gekauft.
Nach einem simplen Test bin ich zum Entschluss gekommen, dass ich den selber auch brauche.
Wirklich eine gute Sache für Leute die mit Schleifsteinen nichts zu tun haben wollen, aber dennoch auf einfachste Weise ihre Küchenmesser scharf halten wollen.

Perfekt für das einfacher Schärfen in der Küche
Nachdem wir das gute Stück schon in den YouTube Videos aufgefallen ist habe ich mich dazu entschieden zu kaufen. Das Ergebnis ist wie erwartet, ich bin komplett zufrieden.
