Warranty Conditions

The manufacturer, Acme United Europe GmbH, grants a warranty of 2 years on the products offered in the online shop www.schmiedeglut.de, corresponding to the statutory warranty. The period for calculating the warranty duration begins on the date of the invoice. The geographical scope of the warranty protection covers all of Europe.

The warranty covers the freedom from defects of the advertised product, including functionality, material defects or production faults.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Acme United Europe GmbH will provide one of the following services under this warranty, at our discretion:

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the item caused by:

• normal wear and tear
• improper handling
• failure to observe safety precautions
• use of force (e.g. impacts)
• attempted self-repair

It is a prerequisite for claiming warranty services that we, as the warrantor, are given the opportunity to examine the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the item). Care must be taken to ensure that damage to the item during transport is avoided through secure packaging. In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. Acme United Europe GmbH will reimburse any shipping costs for the return shipment.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not limit your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights you have against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
