Return of goods under our 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days


To make the return process as easy as possible for you, we have developed a returns portal. There you can register your return and download a return shipping label.

Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery. Please enter your order number and email address in our portal and follow the steps through the return process.

As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be processed by us within 3 working days and the refund will be initiated immediately afterwards. We will refund the amount using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. Depending on the payment method, the refund duration may vary and can take between 1–5 working days.

Complaints about defective goods


If you have received a defective or faulty product from us, or if a fault occurs with our product at a later stage, please contact our customer service outside of the returns portal by email at kundenservice@schmiedeglut.de. Under your 2-year guarantee, we will ensure a prompt replacement delivery or refund.
