Sharp, thin, light and gorgeous - The gourmet folding knife from Schmiedeglut!
The blade consists of hand-forged Damascus steel with a hardness of approx. 60 HRC Rockwell. Whether as a steak knife when grilling, when visiting the restaurant, as bread or EDC. The Gourmet Folder is the ideal knife for everyday use. Due to its blade length of approx. 8.7cm and the Slipjoint mechanism, this knife does not fall under German law and can be carried almost everywhere. The forged folding knife for the gentleman (or the lady) convinces in the practice test by its thin and very sharp blade and the low weight. The hexagonal shape lies wonderfully in the hand and the thought-out design makes the folding knife a real eye-catcher.
The handles is made out of stabilized wood which is very durable and does not need any care. To ensure that no moisture can get under the handles, we have glued the shells before riveting. The complete mechanism and handle jaws are made of stainless steel.
